We have a strong track record of successes in the field of digital transformation and innovation that have allowed us to carry out turnarounds of business units or companies in various sectors.

We are not a Private Equity nor Venture Capital Fund working remotely with analysts and identifying opportunities by looking only at the usual standard financial indicators. We go further by looking ahead and beyond: we combine the usual financial activities with tailored analysis aimed at identifying the real potential of a company and how to unveil it. 

We can support the business by inserting temporary managers to take care of the transition or even find the right professional skilled managers in a long-term perspective.

The key enablers are digital transformation, forward-looking management and quick but solid decision-making process, combined with a deep knowledge of the economic, financial and administrative Italian and Swiss frameworks. We want to follow the mission of “building” by enhancing and relaunching the existing. We are interested in participating in enterprise development, including entering in equity and management with a “smart money” approach.

We operate with a medium-long term time horizon; therefore, we are not interested in short-term speculative investments. 

Our focus is primarily on SMEs with Italian capital, since we strongly believe in the Made in Italy. We want companies to remain based in Italy and ideally in the hands of entrepreneurs and managers who created and developed them, but we aim at providing a new breath, fresh perspective and international outlook to unlock their full potential.
